Policies & Privacy

Plain-language information for digital purchases, bookings, personal-use licensing, privacy, and the boundaries of Riding Solo No More programs.

Last updated August 6, 2026. These policies do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

01 · Digital sales

What you are purchasing

Shop products are digital PDF files. No physical item will be mailed. Prices are shown in US dollars, and checkout is completed through Square. Review the product title, description, page count, and personal-use limits before paying.

Saving or printing the file does not transfer ownership of the design, writing, program, or curriculum.

02 · Delivery & refunds

Download first. Contact us if something breaks.

After payment, follow the delivery instructions, download the PDF, and save it to your device. Because digital access is supplied after purchase, sales are generally final once download access has been provided.

If you receive the wrong product, cannot access the file, receive a damaged file, or believe you were charged twice, email within seven days with the product name and the email used at checkout. The issue will be reviewed and corrected fairly, which may include a replacement file or refund when appropriate.

03 · Personal-use license

Use it personally. Do not redistribute it.

  • You may download the purchased file and print copies for your own personal use.
  • You may not resell, share, upload, post, email, reproduce, or distribute the file to others.
  • You may not remove branding, claim the work as your own, or turn it into another product.
  • Classes, agencies, churches, schools, nonprofits, facilitators, and other groups need written permission or an organization license.

04 · Bookings

Scheduling and participation

Appointments and classes are scheduled through Square. The confirmation provided during booking contains the scheduled time and applicable virtual-meeting information. If you need to change or cancel a booking, use the options in your confirmation or contact Bonnie as early as possible.

Participation may be paused or ended when safety, respectful conduct, scope of service, or program fit requires it. Group capacity and partner policies may also affect availability.

05 · Program boundaries

Education and peer support—not clinical care.

Life Ready and From Hurt to Healing provide community education, guided reflection, practical planning, peer encouragement, and resource connection. They do not provide therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, crisis treatment, or emergency services.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, call 911 or contact the appropriate qualified emergency or crisis service. Never delay professional care because of information on this website or in a workbook.

06 · Privacy & outside services

Only share what you choose to share.

This website does not create customer accounts or directly collect full payment-card information. Purchases and bookings use Square, and interest forms may use Google Forms. Those outside services process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Riding Solo No More may receive contact, order, booking, or form information needed to respond, deliver a service, maintain reasonable records, or resolve a problem. Information is not sold. Do not submit private medical, legal, financial, or crisis details through ordinary email or a general interest form.

07 · Accessibility

Ask for a workable format.

If you have trouble using the website, opening a PDF, reading a page, or completing a booking, contact Bonnie. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide the information or help you reach the correct service in a more usable way.

Questions or order problems?

Include your name, the product or service, and the email address used with Square. Do not email card numbers or highly private information.
